Video: Five Days of Thailand

As soon as my feet touched the ground at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, Thailand I was technically a year older than when I had taken off from Los Angeles International. When I decided to spend my birthday in Thailand it was on a well researched whim, but it paid off incredibly and even though I only spent five days in central and northern Thailand I tried to make the most of my it. The country of smiles has been on my list for a few years now, so with a few saved paychecks I booked my flight a couple months in advanced and then started to really research.

I read as much as I could on the sites and culture and the do’s and do nots of Thailand, for instance do not ever touch a thai persons head, it is the most sacred part of body and is thought to contain your soul. After hours of researching possible things to do and areas to stay I roughly planned out my days and prepared to walk as much as my feet would allow.

The trip was absolutely amazing and a great experience but I will definitely be back to spend more time in the country and surrounding areas. Five days was like watching the trailer to a movie that you’ve waited your entire life for, at the end of it I was left amazed and wanting more.

I have put together a video from some of the GoPro videos I took along the way, so now you can watch a trailer of a trailer of a trip of a life time.

Music- Bon Iver
